When I start making my diet I always start with the cabbage salad. It is tasty, no calories and all people around me eat the same salad because they want to support me and because they also like it.
Ingredients:
500 gr white cabbage
2-3 carrots
1 apple
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt
vinegar or better lemon juice
Method of preparing:
Chop the white cabbage into stripes.Season with salt. Grate the carrots and add them to the cabbage. Cut the apple into small cubes and add it to the mixture. Season with salt, pour oil and lemon juice or vinegar. Enjoy it!
You can decorate with olives and slices of red tomatoes. Serve with piece of meat .
