I am half your soul,
for fate told me so
Our hearts diverged,
curved...
climbed...
and stammered
over the hills of
difference
and
through the trees
of experience
and
ultimately
sank in the waters
Of
pain.
but,
as
the whispers of the winds
told the story of
self-will..
it failed to speak of
Fate
the myth of how
Our hearts once diverged,
curved
climbed
and settled
into the molds of our destinies.
Now,
I am half your soul
For fate had whispered to me so.
