The president of the United States has a very demanding job forcing a multitasking approach to solution of the many real problems under his Executive Branch of the government. Thus, the president should not be expected to fight climate change as a priority.
There should be an educational tool to instruct individuals in the realization of the relative proportions of the natural phenonima which must interact to cause climate change which would have a detrimental world wide effect. Mankind is insignificant to the causes of climate changes which would cause the Global Warming myth. In fact there are so many factors involved in the cooling or warming of our planet as to render any reasonable understanding of
the process extinct.
For every factor on a global scale affecting temperature changes capable of increasing the rate of global temperature change to cause catastrophic dangers to mankind or to prevent the changes man finds he is bankrupt in quantities required. It is not as simple as add two teaspoons of margarine to your recipe for the best resultant taste when praticing the culanary arts. Instead man's problem changes to, "Is it possible to gather enough barrels and containers to store enough addend comodity to affect the outcome of one of mother nature's great mixings of natural ingrediants during the natural chemical reactions we are trying to control or change?" The answer is no.
Currently most politicians give lip service to the false notion that man can change the global warming or cooling trends as a result of natures laws. This is an indication that they do not have any understanding of the proportions of the natural variables they intend to control. The real problem is that there is no preception of the ideal or normal temperature at which the globe's temperature should be adjusted to for best results. In fact, there is not a good estimate or understanding of where, when and for how long the ideal temperature should exist and to what volume it should be adjusted for desired results.
Additionaly, over a time span should the ideal temperature, if it could possibly be known, be applied in a steady state fashion or modulated to less temperature or more temperature and for what time duration? The answer is it is unknown as is the ideal temperature itself.
It is easy to surmise that the president should not waste his time on a foolish, unsolvable problem of Global Warming or cooling.
The presidency, on the other hand, would be better utilized working on simpler problems with some probability of a successful solution. Added to these duties the president is expected to formulate policy for his administration which is beneficial to the citizens of the US. In fact, the president would not survive very long in his term as president if he busied himself trying to empty the Atlantic Ocean with a thimble. In fact, he may find he has been relegated to a sanitarium with a nice white uniform with restraints.
