I am so so sorry,
That I didn't tell you often enough,
How much you meant to me,
How great you were.
I am so so sorry,
That I wasn't there,
I gave you the impression I didn't care,
But I swear to you I did.
I am so so sorry,
That when you asked for me,
I didn't come,
You died completely alone.
I am so so sorry,
That you waited for me,
I could have written, phoned or visited.
But I didn't.
I am so so sorry,
That I was so selfish,
That sitting here now, I can't repair it,
The hole I made between you and me.
If you can hear me,
I want you to know,
I really care and,
I am so so sorry.

Poetry: Death of a loved one
by Judi B
Heaven Has My Hero Now
Heaven has my hero now,
My life with you is gone.
It's changed in oh, so many ways
But yet continues
"Never"
(In Loving Memory
For my Tattooed Queen)
Taken away before your time,
The debt paid before the crime,
Left but never
The Long Wait
The leaves fell down
Upon the autumn grass;
Frailty in every shade of red...
I sat by the window for a closer
Not a day goes by that I don't think of you
Neither sunrise nor sunset that I don't hear your voice
Or miss your laugh
And
Lights shine off in the distance
Nothing but blackness appears
There is resistance
Death whispers in my ear
He talks of a life
