Time Flies Away
Years of silent tears
no progress valiantly made
is the end near
haunting in the web of your mind
Regrets filled with sorrows
arrows never missing its mark
with each tomorrows
blackening in the darkness of fear
Sensitivity crushed bit by bit
hope becomes a thing of the past
only a candle stays lit
among vast shadows lurking
The well of the heart
flutters in tune to what is love
time coming apart
robbing what potential be
Time flies away
too fast or too late
dreams sway
in opposite directions.
