For example, people with incurable diseases miraculously cured, blind people unexplainably getting their sight back and much, much more. All this information is obtainable through very reputable resources. How many times have you heard someone say "I don't know how they walked away from that accident", or you visit someone in the hospital because the doctors say there is nothing more that can be done, and you go to say your good-byes, only to have the person suddenly get better after being prayed for? Sometimes people pray for their own healing in their last effort to get well. These prayers are always heard, always.
There is also prayer intervention for those that feel that they do not know how to pray, or from a distance, by email, phone, fax and for those that are not aware that they need prayer. Prayer is so powerful that it does not matter how it is delivered, just that it is offered and performed.
Many doctors' now admit that they pray for their patients, before surgery, for guidance in diagnosing and eradicating illnesses. Some even pray with their patients. Doctors have come to realize that God is the healer and they are the tools in which to perform necessary duties and functions and the realization that traditional medicines alone are not always enough.
The next time you get into a situation or things are not going just right, listen to yourself. One of the first things you may do is ask, O Lord why is this happening to me', or you may say "Lord help me". How many time have you been in a fix of some kind and said, "Lord if you get me out of this"?
You see, prayer is not fancy words or a big educated sounding dialogue or even structured in any particular way. It is merely you talking to God for whatever reason. The simplest of prayers are heard: the prayers that you do not think about, the ones that comes straight from the heart. Therefore, the next time you go to see your doctor, pray before your visit, voice all your concerns and request the health and well-being that you were promised by God. You may also ask your doctor if he/she minds if you submit a little prayer in their presence. You may be surprised at their answer.
There are references and guides to praying and passages to explain it all in the Bible. It does not matter what religion you practice, or what belief or denomination you profess: prayer have no preference, just as sickness and illness does not, so the next time you go to the doctor or the pharmacy, be sure to your prescription includes prayer, you will be greatly rewarded.
