any and all attempts will be made to save them money and profit cain since the clergy is tax exempt.
Therefore, there are several matters at hand here. Age Discrimination, questionable replacement, no valid reason of dismissal yet asked to volunteer, the umbrelly this center falls under and the fact this center is a business registered as Famile Services not an Adult Day Care where medical assistance must be on call during the hours of operation. Why is it not registered properly with the State.
Too much over looking matters will lead into a problem in both how this business is run and also the responsibility of those who attend.
If you have an elderly parent or friend and seek Adult Day Care Services, check every area of the nature of which the services are registered and make sure you know how many employees are there, if they are certified in what they do and how they can handle an emergency situation.
Last, in visiting this center one day, there is a dog that is owned by another employee at this facility. This dog, in order to be there "for theraputic reasons", by law, must be registered as a Working Dog for reasons of mind and social behavior by it's legal owner. Addiionally, through reseach, the Director of this facility must had a Vet's note and records of the dog's shots and anything else required to have the dog there.
Get involved EEOC, open the book IRS and Board of Health, get in there, check certifications of all employees and volunteers. There are too many red flaggs in this place of business.
