Poverty is prevalent
Despair is all around
Hope seems to be silent
While death is screaming
Bodies are maimed
Martyrs are framed
Yet, the world just sits by
in Material Hell
How can one have peace
When depression surrounds
and children are starving
Yet, wars still rage
How can one have peace
When dreams are broken
Justice is dead
The wicked prosper
and faithful are few
How can one have peace
When love just a word
Coax into Hatred
and Hatred to killing
Where in this world is peace
Perhaps, one day this world will come to an end
Pain and sorrow will cease
True joy mend make this world a new
Dreams will be restored
In this I find peace

Feeling inadequate

Is
At a distant
Over how
He should
Live
With his
Fellow
Human beings
