What aquestion - I think I could spend ages making very long lists, but to keep it more informative for everyone else, I'm going to make a top ten list - although that's definitely not exhaustive!
1. Hiking up to and exploring Macchu Picchu and other ancient Inka and Maya sites
2. Making a parachute jump
3. Walking the Great Wall of China
4. Doing an around the world trip on a ship with my individual preferences for stop overs
5. Having at least one book published and enjoyed by people I care for
6. Living with and learning from a native tribe like the Haida Gwai of North-West America for a few months to change my perspective in life
7. Being trained (although this is more a dream, since I'm nowhere near good enough / worthy of that kind of attention) by an old master of an ancient martial art such as jiu jitsu
8. Seeing the Valley of the Kings - not as part of a huge tourist group
9. If I ever have the guts and money - learning underwater photography and working at some of the amazing sites this world has to offer
10. and finally, although it seems an obvious one for many, being able to feel at peace with myself and happy with how I've lived my life
