Well, I hope
love floats,
because I'm desperately trying
to drown yours in my tears
I sit, mesmerized
by the symphonic divinity of your beautiful face,
content just to absorb you,
breathe you into my heart,
where I will hold you captive
I will worship you, beloved.
If there were ever a celestial force,
I feel it now,
bathing in its perfect peace,
surrounded by tranquility,
Gazing into your cobalt eyes,
searching for some signal
of return of my adoration
I twirl faster,
a whirl of blinding brightness,
until that no longer pleases you
I can't make you happy anymore, so I plunge
into the lethargic depths
of loneliness.
Goddesses adore you,
the powerful fall for your desire,
and I once loved you.
Now, filled with bitter contempt,
my goal changes.
I no longer care to please you
Yes, I vow to cross you.

Poetry: Anger
by Rob Tanner
All you bullies are alike.
You're really very sad.
You have low self esteem, no guts
the best of these you've rarely had.

Where do I display the anger brought my way
Shall I sit and wait for a moment of hate
Or shall I prize being taken by

Invasion
The transformation of one moment,
words spoken in haste.
Misunderstand ing,
the spontaneous wild fire,

Anger and Melancholy
My thoughts seem malformed, cradled in anger
And my senses languish in drab melancholy
As your burnt offering

Anger
Shrouded in black leather
Innocence twisted
Imaginations kidnapped
Anger
Leaning on battered park benches
Shouting brave
