This is my favorite smoothie recipe!

Ingredents:
Berries of any kind (fresh or frozen) 1 cup
Banana 1 whole
Orange Juice 1 cup
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Ice 6-8 whole cubes, 1/2 cup chushed
Vanilla Yogugrt

Instructions:

Blend together for 30-40 seconds for thick smoothie. If you like a thinner smoothie, blend for 1 minute to a minute and 30 seconds.

This is a delicious treat to satisfy any sweet tooth or quench any thirst!
