What is Courage?

(Verse 1)
In this modern day and age
Everyone is quick to rage
But there's nothing to back
It is courage they lack
Cause whether they know it or not
Everyday battles that are fought
Molds a person into what they are
Will your image be pure, or have a mar?

Courage is the strength to know when to talk
The intelligence to know when to walk
The ability to know when to fight
But most of all, stand up for what is right.

Sometimes people pick on
The underdog for fun
You know, the little guy
That's barely getting by
And as he's beat to the ground

Is there anyone with backbone?
