Honey teriyaki sauce is incredible for using with shrimp, chicken and even beef. You can dip them in it or use it as a marinade for them prior to cooking to add a little something extra to the flavor of your meal.
One quarter of a cup of honey
One cup of light soy sauce
One teaspoon of crushed ginger
One teaspoon of crushed garlic
One tablespoon of brown sugar
Combine all the ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil.
This sauce can be used to marinade shrimps, chicken cutlets and thinly sliced beef. Just add a teaspoon of salt to your sauce. If you are going to use it as a dipping sauce; strain before serving.
Your entire family is going to love this sauce no matter how you serve it.
