We have all heard of the book "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus." This is probably the most accurate description of the differences between the two sexes. In a general sense, men are more simple to understand then women. They are ruled more by rational thinking and logic, where as women are more emotional. I do not mean that men do not have emotions, or that they are not willing to share them. They really are willing to open up and talk about those feelings with you when they feel comfortable with you, and trust that you will not betray the confidence, or laugh at them. Women are just more apt to show and express their emotions early on in the relationship. Women tend to be more understanding towards a man and his behavior which tells us how to act and respond to them. Men listen to their friends or stick with the beliefs that they grew up with concerning women. Which is why men are so confused by women. No need to worry, though, there is ten things that a man should at least know about women and with these he should be able to figure out the rest!

1. Do not expect "pick up lines" to work. Let's face it, they don't, and saying them you must realize how corny they sound. Honestly, do you think that telling this woman you have never met that "she must be tired because she's been running through your mind all day" is really going to sweep her off her feet? Or that you lost your number and could you have hers? Sorry, not in a million years. A corny, but funny pick up line, can be a good ice breaker though. Just don't use it as your sole way of meeting women, and do not use one that implies that you two should have sex, or that she is the love of your life. Neither will get you anywhere.

2. Do not complain to us or your friends that we always run late, or that it takes us forever to get dressed. We spend all that time trying to look the best we can for you! Not because we feel that you won't want us if we don't look like super models 24-7, but because we like you and want to look good for you. We simply have more preperations in getting ready than men. We shave our legs, do our hair and make- up, and look through our clothes for somthing nice AND comfortable to wear with matching shoes. Guys, be honest, you shave your face, put on a shirt and pants that match, shoes and your out the door. Not to mention, that you yourself won't always be on time either.

3. Do not always refer to us as being "hot" or "sexy". That tells us that we look good enough to sleep with,
