RICE SHRIMP SALAD.
This is a healthy recipe if you watching the tire tube around your waist. It is tasty, easy to make and appetizing. Your family will love this salad like no other.
2 tablespoons low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup cooked frozen peas
1 pound cooked frozen shrimp
1 teaspoon onion flakes
1/3 cup chopped celery
Whisk or stir the yogurt and low-fat mayonnaise together. Combine all ingredients while it is still hot. Chill before serving. This makes about 4 servings.
