I call Honey Banana cups honey banana muffins. Here is a good recipe to add to your muffin or 'cup' collection.

You will need a large bowl and a big wooden spoon or something to stir with. You will need a non-stick muffin pan.

Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tea baking soda
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg (depending on how much nutmeg you like)
1/4 tea. salt
2 medium eggs beaten a little
1 cup of ripe bananas smashed or mushed
1/2 cup sweetened applesauce
6 tablespoons of honey
1/2 cup of raisins

Mix the first five ingredients in the large mixing bowl. Add the eggs, bananas, applesauce and the honey. Stir this into the dry ingredients just until moist. Then fold in the raisins.

Coat the muffin pan with some non-stick baking spray. Fill each one up 1/3 of the way full with the batter mix. Place it in a pre-heated oven set at 375 degrees for about 18 minutes, give or take. Stick the muffins with a toothepick, if it comes out clean, they are ready. Let them sit on a wire rack until cool or eat them warmed.
