It has become like a drug , and excess of everything is bad for health. You should quit eating high calorie, low nutrition foods. Foods such as chocolates, fries, and junk foods like burgers and pizza.

But what is "fast weight loss"? Fast weight loss does not mean that you will lose 10 pounds in a couple of days. You are going to lose 1 pound/week. 1-3 pounds per week is fast weight loss. If you are looking to lose weight faster than this than you either have to take diet pills which can make you gain weight later in life or you will have to get a surgery done which costs a lot more money.
It is not recommended lose weight extremely fast. Your body must be handled with care and patience and you must not forget that it has taken years to build your weight and it will only come off at a rate of 1-2 pounds/week.
Also, if you don't have a lot of fat to lose, then you might only lose one pound every 2 weeks. It depends on your current weight, and the way your trying to lose weight. Do not starve yourself, and remember to eat and fill your stomach with healthy foods and exercise.
