Banana Split Brownie Pizza takes all of the best qualities of a banana split and combines it with the concept of a dessert pizza. This makes a great dessert for evening company in the summertime, but make it when there are a lot of people to eat it as it is best fresh.

Banana Split Brownie Pizza

CRUST
1) Prepare a basic brownie mix following standard box instructions.

2) Spray a disposable pizza pan with spray oil. I use a disposable pan for easy clean up and it is great for taking along to gatherings without worrying about getting the pan returned.

3) Spread the brownie batter in the pan and bake for 10-15 minutes. Test the crust to make sure it is done through without being over done. You do not want the crust to be too crisp as to make it difficult to bite, nor too soft as to hold up under the toppings. Allow to cool.

TOPPING
1. Cream one 8 oz package of softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

2. Add an 8 oz tub of whipped topping and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

3. Spread cream layer over the cooled brownie layer.

GARNISH

1. Slice one banana in thin round slices and dip them in a bowl of lemon juice to prevent browning. Drain well before putting on the pizza. Arrange the banana slices randomly on the pizza.

2. Slice 8-10 strawberries in half and place cut side down randomly on the crust.

3. Using a small spoon drizzle a few teaspoons of butterscotch topping over the pizza. Then drizzle a few teaspoons of chocolate syrup over the crust.

4) Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and put in the refrigerator to chill.

SERVING

1. Cut in thin wedges and serve cold.

Banan Split Brownie Pizza is a great dessert that is loved by children and adults alike.
