Mad one minute and sad the next
Emotions can be so complex
Happy and then ready to throw in the towel
But you convince yourself to hang on for just a little while
Feeling like life is going your way
Then all of a sudden here comes that day
The one you have been dreading when everything falls apart
The on that you knew was coming somewhere deep within your heart
Now you wonder if your gonna make it, if you will survive
Wonder if those around you will stay in your life
Cause now that all you have to give them is yourself
You wonder if they were maybe sticking around for something else
You wonder how things could get this bad, and what if they get worse
You don't think that you can handle it, deal with all the hurt
Every emotion clouds your head at the very same time
And you wondering are you really loosing your mind
Fear, wonder, worry, happiness, confusion, everything is just piling up
A lot of questions but no solutions and you wonder what is up]
Is the world caving in on you and you just have to sit and wait, go completely insane
Or are there signs of sunshine after what feels like weeks, months, years of rain
Then one day you just wake up and know everything will work itself out
You rid yourself of all the fear and doubt
If you just stand and be still
Believe everything will work itself out and it will
