The secret to successfully completing all the duties we have to do in one day should be learned by everyone. The truth is by using time constructively, we understand the concept of what time management really means.
Firstly management is not something we are all taught by our parents, it is usually something that comes about through education or perhaps, a career that requires us to learn time management skills.
Generally speaking, we very soon learn that time is money. That is all very fine if you are running a business, but what about the everyday homemaker.
One of the most important little objects you can ever own is a diary. Remember all business people have them, so why not you. Let us look at a few ways to make the day easier as well as a much more pleasant experience. The first guide to a flowing day is your own timetable. I know what you are thinking, that this is a ridiculous thought.
Believe me, a timetable, even if you break it in the course of a day, can be a valuable source of reference for those jobs you put off, yet you know they must be done.
Sit down and write yourself a timetable just once a week. Soon you we not only see that you are a champion at your work, but that you can accomplish perhaps all of what you would like to do in the time you have committed for doing it. If you find a timetable distressing, you can always start with a magnetic white-board for the fridge or notes on a notice board.
Generally, you may find a timetable the best but some prefer to go for a list for the day method.
House cleaning always involves washing things. Dishes, clothes, blinds, and of course furniture and floors. Very often the car and even the dog will require cleaning. Firstly, to get yourself organized make sure you put the jobs like: clothes in the machine, as one your very first tasks.
Remember the washing machine takes time to wash, thus allowing you time to get on with other things.
While discussing clothes remember that if you have a different colored basket for each child's clothes, the sorting can be a breeze; not to mention you know which room to place them in.
Children can fold clothes to help you as well. Ironing can be drudgery so saving up for a clothes steamer can be a goal: or put in the order for mothers day. This is a real time saving appliance to own.
Bathrooms, well you need a spray that does it for you. The only ones that work well enough to save you time scrubbing are ones containing natural orange oil; they not only work, they are natural and smell great. Happy house cleaning!
