Finding the right candidates is not a matter of filtering on key words-Your stack of resumes should include people with qualifying skills and who are really interested in the job descriptions.So, here is your start!

4.Resume Filtering-
This is the make or break phrase. People out there have taken the time to submit a resume. In some cases, they have customized their resume to fit your job request and some one now has to decide whether a given resume is interesting in the context of the job itself.If the resume looks good,appears to be neat, clear and concise,and has made it look interesting enough to a professional , please keep this in the candidate file.DO NOT use buss words scanners because real people like you 're going to hire don't speak and interact with keywords ,they converse and open.

Once you have gotton rid of bogus submissions, you will be left with a stack of "interesting resumes", which should translate to potentially interesting people for the job description.Filtering on salary requirements, location,(if you are thinking on relocation of candidates)and other quanity factors but don't discard those resumes outright.
