"Put Forth Your Sonnet"
Permit me to count the hours
To where the sun's range will end
To where the point of must meets moon's candlelight
To where all corners, take on the greatest possible light
I seem to lose myself within the deep of time
Lend a hand to me while we discover
We'll climb the stoop to my quaint, terraced home
We may each speak, with a choice turn of phrase
We'll everyone carry on further, this long warm day
I appear to find expression with the summer charm
For now, put to one side the hardest or worst memory
Let's pass on loving encounters so splendid and special
Let us try to piece heartfelt dialogue with every one
Let's describe earliest to very last, of day's timely travel
I come to life, with all alive, if from anything, I look to find a stir

As you spill out your heart
Your words have beat
The music rings
Where your vowels meet
