Recommendations: Pasta as a main dish

I married into an Italian family,I am of Irish/German background.I have been a armature chef for 25 years now and have wowed the Italian relatives with some of my creations. During our 17 years of blissful marriage, I have convince the family that pasta can not only be served as an appetizer,a side dish,amain course and a dessert.
I would like to create a place on Helium that can focus on pasta in all of its wonderful forms.
Stuffed pasta,grain pasta and hopefully bring in calzones and panini dishes that will only add and enhance the essence of modern Italian cooking.
Anyone with old world, new world or modern day recipes are all invited to participate.
I have already placed an old favorite of the family for everyone to try and please give feedback or other ideas to improve the recipe.
