Health is the most important thing that always takes care. There are so many actions to keep healthy; if sometime we feel sick then we go to the doctor certainly. Before we can go to the doctor we have to make an appointment first. For now internet is like media for doing anything you want maybe with the internet we can see the doctor for check our health.

I already researched few hospital website with many features which ready to use.

London Bridge Hospital, in its website there is feature to make appointment with search the name of the doctor. After that the website will give you the instruction to make the appointment. Another feature for this website is about search the consultant, in this website you can enter the specialties of the doctor or you can enter the name of the doctor.

Another hospital website is Washington Hospital Center; there is health information encyclopedia. I think this feature important for the content of the website because for the modern period like now there are few people who concern about their health. This hospital website also the same contains about search the doctor you want with just follow the instruction from the website.

This my five feature to suggest about the hospital website. The two websites that I said before it can modify a little to improve the feature. The first feature is making appointment with the doctor; there are so many doctors in the hospital with a lot of appointment too. So if another patient make appointment via website, the website can reply the appointment is it possible to do it or not? If the appointment can't do it so the website can suggest the date for another appointment. So to do it this feature the hospital have to write each appointment for that day, the program will suggest automatically to the patient if the appointment can't do it. For simple this website has artificial intelligence (AI) to suggest another appointment.

The second one is about to search the doctor what the patient want. I propose the same feature like the first which mean also has the AI system. The patient can input with 2 options, type the specialist of the doctor or the name of the doctor. If the patient input only the specialist of the doctor, AI system can suggest the doctor what the patient looking for. The doctor who suggest from AI system maybe base on the success of his career or another.

The third is about consult with the doctor, so patients can search the doctor what they want and they can have a talk maybe chat or video conference with the doctor. The forth is about the health information encyclopedia, the patient can read the articles so they understand more about health. The final feature is about comment and complains from the patient, the patient can submit anything about the hospital with just write it on the website.
