Recipes: Roast salmon with dill and lime

Salmon is a very tasty fish. Roast it is very quickly and not difficult. Try to do it at once and after that you will prepare this recipe very often. I am sure that you will like this recipe-easy for preparing and very delicious!

Ingredients:

1 onion finely chopped
100 ml white wine
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salmon fillets for four portions
1 lime juice
1 tablespoon dill
salt (to taste)
black pepper (to taste)
fresh parsley finely chopped

In a stew pot put the onion and the oil. Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes. Preheat the oven and put the pieces of salmon which are seasoned with salt, pepper and dill in the pot. Add the oil and the fried onion. Add also the white wine. The whole salmon should be covered. Cook for 10-15 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve the salmon hot with lime juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Enjoy the roast salmon!
