If you have a problem with puffy eyes, you need to think about what the problem is that is causing the puffiness. It could be an eye infection, and you may need to seek medical help. It could be that you're not drinking enough water, or not getting enough sleep, or perhaps you drank too much alcohol the night before.
You need to be very careful what you put around your eyes, as most topicals will be drawn in closer and could seep into your eyes. Try an eye cream or gel, but be very careful not to apply it too close to the actual eye. Apply it closer to your cheekbones, and it will draw up into your undereye on it's own. Try keeping your eye gel in the fridge and applying it when it is cool for a refreshing feeling. You can even lay down with a cool damp cloth over your eyes to help aid the puffiness.
And remember, you should never ever use Preparation H for anything other than the intended purpose, and especially you should never put it near your eyes!
