Illegal Immigrants, a Legal Path to Citizenship or Deportation? You Decide!

Now, this should make for a much better debate, than the previous way it was stated. I can only speak for myself personally in this matter, but this should be a debate that all Americans should want to weigh in on because it concerns us all, and the very future of our nation, as a democratic society!

First and foremost, I want to make it perfectly clear, that I am not voting for free citizenship to all the illegal immigrants that are currently in this country! Far from it!
I'm simply stating that we can't put a law into effect, as a blanket policy that covers each and every case! That would be impossible to do, and the legal hassles would be endless!

The only way I can see for this situation to be handled, is to look at each individual case,
on it's specific merit. Because this situation has gone un-checked for so long, that the numbers we are talking about are staggering! At this point, there is no way that I can see to implement a blanket policy to cover each and every case of an illegal immigrant being in this country. Because there are literally hundreds of thousands that have been in this country for over ten years, and our government has done absolutely nothing!

Now, with that number of life's hanging in the balance, any and all decisions made by our government on the issue of illegal immigration has to be fair, and comprehensive. To say the least! So, the time has come, for our elected representatives sitting in congress, to actually earn they're pay! I don't believe that there will ever be a more important piece of legislation
to ever come to the floor of the United States Senate, than a fair, legal and comprehensive immigration bill!

Im my own personal opinion, this is why each and every case has to be looked at on an individual basis. As I have stated before on this particular subject, I don't believe that most americans have any problems with immigrants being here as long as they are here as legal americans citizens! But with that being said, any legislation implemented, must take into account the rights of americans first!

It's only when the law is being broken on a daily basis, and we have illegal immigrants flooding into this country unchecked, that so many other laws wind up being broken in the same process! I don't see an easy answer to this dilemma. It took years in the making for this problem to reach the heights that it has today. So, in that same trane of thought, it
