The day is dull.
Full of empty time.
Ticking with the clock.
Chiming of bells alert the hour.
Ten. AM.
Clothes remain hung.
Untouched.
Water does not run.
Snow falls.
Outside blind windows.
Teased by spring.
Teased by everything green.
She waits.
For bells.
Night owl sleep til noon.
Time is easier to compromise.
Night owl sleep til noon.
Warm blankets beat cold windows.
Rain puddles.
Dreary life.
Ankles bite.
Oil lamps burn by bedsides.
Bells sing.
Night owl the time is right.
Play in burning light.
