OREO COOKIE CAKE DELIGHT
Needed: One box chocolate cake
One large tub of cool whip
One package Oreo Cookies
Have the kids smash the oreo cookies into crumbs and little chunks. Then, after allowing the cool whip to soften, mix the whole package of crushed Oreo's into the Cool Whip. This is the icing. Put in fridge for 1 hr. to chill.
Bake the cakes as directed on the box in round cake pans. You will need two layers.
Once the cakes have completely cooled, put the first layer down, smother on the top with your prepared icing. Put the second layer on and repea smothering. It should look like a giant Oreo with topping. I
Cake must be kept in the fridge.
This is delicious and so much fun to make, even as an adult!
