What Is the responsibility for American Companies and Consumers for Unsafe Working Conditions in Chinese Factories.
It time for the International Workers Union to organize factory workers in China and give them fair representation. We as American are contributing to the behavior of Chinese Manufactures, we do business with companies that does not live up to standard of Labor Law and encouraging the Manufacturers to use these people as modern day slaves. We are contributing to reckless engenderment of human lives when we know that this is happening in the Chinese factories and are continuing the use them for cheap labor.
Workers in these factories has been performing poorly because they are treated poorly, we have be seeing recall on products very often that are made in these Chinese factories. The International Labor Union has the right to go into these factories and inspect them to make sure that the manufacturers and comply with safety regulations and that employees are being paid fair wages for the hours they work, and they are not working overtime to boost up production without the benefits of overtime pay.
A toy factory in China hired 1,000 junior high school children who has not yet graduate to perform work and they had to work long hours in these factories operating machinery which is unsafe to these children. Also it was found that some manager were sexually abusive use they positions in order to grant sexual favors for employment. According to China Labor Watch group based in New York 8 Chinese factories over the past year have been discover with widespread labor violations.
The responsibilities of American companies and consumers for unsafe working condition in Chinese factories is refusing to do business with these companies who are known to violate labor laws . The American consumers need to boycott these companies by stop buying the products they manufacturers.
Because of the North American Free Trade Agreement ( NAFTA) many US Corporations are doing business abroad they are still held responsible for the method they use to get the products made we are using slave-labor to compete with free-labor. Corporation go abroad for less expensive services but in the meantime do they even care about these factory workers who are making them wealthy, no health insurance , wages that cannot afford to support a family therefore they have to work over-time with out the benefits of overtime pay.
In the free trade market American Corporation are held responsible for
