Why society needs to slow down

Mothers stayed home with their children until they started the first grade at age 6. They learned their ABC's, 123's, colors and shapes.
Times got ouch and mothers had to start working outside the house to make ends meet. Their small children went to baby sitters. Baby sitter turned into Daycares. Day cares turned into age appropriate class rooms then into teaching classes.

Now children who attended Daycares at age five were taught how to do the same things children were taught how to do in the first grade at age six. The state became involved and now it mandatory that ALL children attend Kindergarten at age 5.
The schools now have Kindergarten classes in states. The children are now starting to attend school full time, at age five instead of age six. The kindergarten teachers meet with every parent and child as they actually evaluate the child and what he or she already knows. They aren't looking to see the child as a smart child who is willing to learn and grow in his new class. No. They're looking to see if your child is smart enough to be put with the other children who are academically challenged or not.
How do you stop that from happening? You DON'T. They are there to teach your children what you were taught in the first grade. Now they want to label your child as slow or gifted. So to avoid your child from being labeled as slow you have to enroll them into Pre-Kindergarten. This means you now send them to school at age four.
Children are not having the time to stay with their parents or guardian whom care for them more than anyone. They have to go to Daycares where they are put into a room of 6 or more with one care giver. They do not get the individual attention the got from their parents at home. They're made to go into the world of unloving people as soon as they're born.
If you do have a child that is fortunate enough to stay home with a parent or guardian until it's time to start school Kindergarten, then your child could very easily be labeled as soon as they get into class. Not judged by other children but judged by the adult in charge of the classroom. Yes your child is not given the same opportunities that we were given when we were younger. They are labeled and catagorized as soon as they walk into their first day of school.
Society needs to slow down and realize that these are children whom DO deserve the change to thrive and grow just like we did. Do not label my child or Grandchildren before they even get started. It isn't fair to them.
