Honey Mustard Dressing

Whether served on salads, sandwiches or as a dip Honey Mustard is bright and flavorful, perfect for any occasion and party ready. Try one of these tangy recipes the next time you need to add an extra punch to your meal!

Honey-Mustard Salad Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup clover honey
1/4 cup prepared brown mustard
1 tbsp. grated onion
3 tbsp. cider vinegar


3 tbsp. sugar

Combine all in ingredients in a bowl and whisk until light and fluffy. Pour into a serving container and store in the refrigerator.

This is good served over deep fried chicken fingers or on sandwiches for a sweet punch!

-Gourmet Honey Mustard Dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp. organic red clover honey
2 1/2 tbsp. natural whole grain mustard
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. tarragon vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. garlic chives

Combine all the ingredients into the bowl of a mini-blender and whiz for a couple of pulses to combine. It's great on Trout or Salmon.

Just for fun, try this recipe!

-Red Potato, Cucumber and Quail Egg Salad, with Grilled Yellow-Fin Tuna Steaks

6 medium sized unpeeled red potatoes, cubed
2 purple scallions, diced fine
1-6 inch cucumber, seeded and cubed
1/4 cup celery hearts, diced small
6 Hard boiled quail eggs
2 yellow fin tuna steaks
Olive Oil

Combine all these fun ingredients, except tuna and olive oil, into a large salad bowl and add the Gourmet Honey Mustard Dressing you just made.

Stir gently to combine.

Brush the tuna steaks with olive oil and season. Grill 4 minutes on each side, serve hot with a nice portion of the Red Potato, Cucumber and Quail Egg Salad.

Serves 2
