For you to believe one thing and vote for someone who doesn't have the same faith as you would not be right. How can someone who's faith be so different than yours do what is right.
To often we ignore what we know is the right thing to do and go with what society says is the proper way. It's time that Christians stand up and fight for what God's word has taught us.

I myself have not always done this, when I first started voting I voted for the one I thought would bring change. Over the years I've become a parent and I've realized that the believes I were taught as a child still have a place in modern society. To turn my back on the value's and belief's that were taught me was wrong. But there is a saying that teach your children well and they will return to it. My parent's made sure that I was in church every Sunday growing up. Since becoming an adult with children of my own I have returned to those believes. And I hope the same will happen to my children.

For to long now we have turned our back on God's word. Our country has really taken a turn for the worse in the last century all because we turned away from God's word. The bible details every thing we need to know in life. When America turns back to God maybe thing's would turn around for her.

To often Christian's bite their tongues and just go with the norm that's how prayer was taken out of the school system. One woman had prayer taken out of school, how many Christians would it take to have it put back? We seem to be to scared to stand up and fight for what we believe is right. I say the time as come for us to fight.

After 9-11 everyone seemed to be searching for God again but he's always been here we just turned our back's on him. More churches had better attendance after 9-11 than ever before I know my church did. But month's later when the shock wore off people reverted back to their selfish ways. We all live in a society that says live and let live if their not bothering me it's not my concern. That's not the why it should be the bible even say's that you are your brother's keeper.

So when are we going to stand up and be heard because standing by and doing nothing hasn't worked out to well. I have to be accountable for my action's shouldn't everyone? The people we elect into office are the people that will make the decision's that affect all our lives. I would rather that a man of God have that job. Because the leader's will also be the one's that our children look up too. Do you want your child's hero to be a Godless man? I certainly don't, my children have enough of bad influence's on the television and news. So before you vote research the candidates and go with the one that believes in the thing's you know in your heart are right we all have a conscience for a reason.
