Downloadable Game Review: Forgotten Riddles by Blue Tea Games

The Forgotten Riddles: Moonlight Sonatas is a thrilling arcane game that the dark at heart will enjoy. I decided to play the demo at night so the eerie atmosphere intensified. Graphics from the game are satisfying , revealing a creative story. The menu shows antique portraits of two people who unveil their skeletal remains and a haunting shadow that hangs over his piano.

The music he plays becomes a curse that echoes in my ears. Hairs on my neck stand on end and yet still I venture in to the game. I personally have never been a expert at solving riddles , so I decided become an apprentice. The first level is called Composer's Prologue. It briefly explains to the player about the composer Armadeus and the objectives that are required to be completed .

I felt anxious to examine hidden clues. The first place that I entered was the dressing room. Objects were thrown around , leading me to believe that a struggle occurred in there. My instincts were proven precise when I saw a plea for help smeared in blood.

To avoid ending up like the person who had visited the room before, I immediately began working on the riddles. They were very complex. I say this , because when solving them each object must be observed very carefully. I used several hints in this area alone.

Moving along to the next chamber, I happened to stumble on to a stage. Props were old and some were even missing. The riddles from this area were twisted with a poetic tongue to confuse me. To make situations far challenging , a hidden area was placed behind the one that I could see .

Some people might have been intimidated by this and given up, but I love a good demur. It keeps the blood hot with anticipation . I manage to complete the stage section and found myself in a portrait room. Images of people glare at me with cold , empty expressions. I was able to separate the pictures that were described with clues from those that were trying to knock me off course.

The artwork with the African animal carved in to the frame was the only picture that took me some time to find. Blindly, I am led on in to the next room. It becomes far stranger than the last , resembling a showcase at a museum. Pictures of angels dance with instruments .In the middle of the room is a mount with words covered at its edges. The entire area is a riddle!

I was so excited because this was the first time that I had seen this type of puzzle. Each object in the room was connected to something. Clues for this huge riddle wasn't available.
