If you are experiencing a side effect of what could be' and ability I always suggest you consult a medical professional immediately. Never shrug off side effects by assuming they are part of an ability. Side effects could be warnings of a potentially dangerous or even fatal medical condition. After, and only after, you seek a medical professional, and they rule out a medical reason for your symptoms, should you even consider looking for answers else where. If you are experiencing something out of the norm you are nearly 99% more likely to have a side effect medically related then Psychic or Kinetic.

For example, some are under the impression that tingling sensations in the body are related to Energy Absorption or Electro/Autokinesis. I need these people to realize that there are over 309 reasons why a person would have tingling sensations in their arm, feet, hands etc. These sensations are far more likely to be the side effect of a serious medical condition then a kinetic ability; roughly 99%. Tingling can be the result of Anxiety, Allergic Reaction, Alcohol Consumption and even Lead Poisoning. When you experience anything that is out of the ordinary you should never jump to conclusions; this can be very dangerous, even fatal. Always, and I can not stress this enough, always seek a medical professional to rule out any possible medical related reasons for the symptoms before jumping to extreme conclusions. Tingling can be a symptom of Cancer, Diabetes and Multiple Sclerosis; all potentially very dangerous and even fatal conditions if not properly diagnosed and treated. If your doctor has ruled out a medical condition, only then should you start looking elsewhere for answers.

Kinetic and Psychic abilities can bring on side effects in which are almost all treatable by medical science. If you are an Empath with emotional issues, for example, I implore you to see a Psychologist to learn the tools necessary too deal with your ability. You never have to tell a medical professional why you think' you have the side effects, just let them help you through the process of extinguishing them from your life. Side effects from abilities or not can in time without treatment drive a person insane or cause serious bodily harm. Again, never shrug off a side effect no matter what the cause might be and always seek a professional to make sure you are medically ok
