like pencils we draw
erasing the unnecessary
creating the destiny
like paints we blind
adding color where needed
white-washing it away
like ink we spread
infecting all we encounter
none of us benign
like empty pages we crave
the pencils, paints, and ink
not content with just us
like artists we manipulate
the media of life
creating and destroying
life is our grand canvas
but sadly some of us
just rip it apart at the start
