I have felt the softness
Of the freshly fallen snow.
I have felt great sadness,
When I had no place to go.
I have felt the joy of living
And of receiving a few good things.

But managed to survive it all
And to carry on with my life.
But one thing that I haven't felt
In such a special way,
Is the feeling that my heart felt,
When yours spoke to mine today!
