Horror-ridden excellence
awaits her every move.
Hiding behind those curls of angst
with nothing left to prove.
So shattered, yet so beautiful;
her sullen eyes so blue.
Pleading her case to the 12 Angry Men,
to whom justice seems untrue.
Magnified tragedy calling her;
whispering loudly through the night.
Clinging on to bludgeoned faith
until her grasp becomes too tight.
Sympathetic hollowness,
found only in her chest.
Removed of all that's Holy
and treated like a guest.
Morals questionable to most;
a bitter, thankless trek.
But she endures, so blissfully.
A paradoxical wreck.
