What is this thing called Love?
The Love I speak of comes from above.
In the Bible, it is referred to as charity.
It was once in the form of a dove, a Heavenly Dove,
Showing God's approval, sent personally to His Son.
It is not lascivious or lewd, boisterous, loud or crude.
It is compassionate, meek and mild,
As tender as a little child.
Peaceful, understanding, and everpresent.
Always comforting, protecting, and strong.
Guiding, teaching, correcting from wrong,
All those who love Him.
And those who love Him, know all about Him,
He lives within their heart, filling it's chambers
With the Love that surpasses all understanding.
