Today I want to tell you a very strange story which happened to me yesterday- a day when I was so busy that I had not a minute free to cook or to do anything connected with cooking. I did not have any imagination what will happen. Yesterday, in the early afternoon my little niece who likes shrimps very much came to me bringing canned shrimps and told me:" See what I have found in the fridge!" I asked her what was she going to do with the can. "There are very strange things on the label. What was their name I ate them once." She has eaten many times shrimps and I know that she liked them very much but unfortunately she has forgotten the name. I explained it about the shrimps and the normal reaction was "Make me a sandwich sea fantasy! I am very hungry!" "What kind of sandwich is this sea fantasy?" I asked her. Believe me or not the answer was "You must know because you are an adult!" I did not have much time for thinking because the child was hungry and not patient. So, I had to improvise. Now I am going to write you our "Sea fantasy" recipe.
Ingredients:
150 gr canned shrimps or frozen shrimps(These are the most important thing for the sea fantasy)
1 lettuce
red pepper
100 gr cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
150 gr tomato sauce
Method of preparing:
Mix and stir the cream with the tomato sauce very slowly. Put the sugar and stir the mixture again. Put the dried shrimps into the mixture. On the bed of lettuce leaf put the mixture and roll this. The so prepared fantasy had one disadvantage. My niece was not very sure that this was really her imagined "Sea fantasy". I explained her that the shrimps are from the sea but obviously this was not enough for her. Thinking once again what I can do in this situation to make the sandwich looking like something connected with the sea, I cut a slice of bread and formed it together with the lettuce and the mixture in the shape of a boat.
Now, this is my sandwich "Sea fantasy" told me the little child but I was not sure that this was her thought. Probably she was hungry enough not to wait me to do anything else with her sandwich.
"Splendid" was her last word and she began eating her "Sea fantasy" smiling. After eating it she told me laughing: "We have to buy more products. So, we will make many sandwiches, sell them and so we will be rich because this is our sandwich recipe. I have told you the name and you made it. In such a way we can make many other recipes... But now I will go to take some ice cream for you from the fridge and this will be:"my thank you" for the delicious sandwich". Try it once!
