Our Angel
Somewhere between here and eternity
your lifeless soul sleeps,
maybe you are God's angel
forever in His keeps.
Or maybe you are the glow that lights
the shining stars above
or could you be a touch of God's
everlasting love?
Or are you all the hope we hold
with visions of tomorrow
or could you be the thankful relief
that comes to those in sorrow?
Or could you possibly be
the full moon at night
or maybe the answer to the wrong,
you are the right.
Are you the humming
in a birds song
or are you the hours
that make a day long?
Could you be the meaning
to the word peace
or are you the greeness
that adds to the trees?
Are you what makes the
world go 'round
or could you be
the silence of sound?
For whatever reason you were
taken from us, your still ours
go ahead little angel,
light up the stars.

Poetry: Death of a loved one
by Judi B
Heaven Has My Hero Now
Heaven has my hero now,
My life with you is gone.
It's changed in oh, so many ways
But yet continues
"Never"
(In Loving Memory
For my Tattooed Queen)
Taken away before your time,
The debt paid before the crime,
Left but never
The Long Wait
The leaves fell down
Upon the autumn grass;
Frailty in every shade of red...
I sat by the window for a closer
Not a day goes by that I don't think of you
Neither sunrise nor sunset that I don't hear your voice
Or miss your laugh
And
Lights shine off in the distance
Nothing but blackness appears
There is resistance
Death whispers in my ear
He talks of a life
