Smoked Salmon Salad (Serves 4)
Ingredients:
1 lb smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1 bundle red leaf lettuce, fully washed
1 carrot, grated
1/8 cup marbled cheese, grated
vinaigrette dressing to taste
Place red leaf lettuce on a platter or in a large salad bowl and place smoked salmon over top. Place the grated carrot, sprinkled over top of the lettuce. Place the grated cheese over top of the salad.
Use low fat vinaigrette dressing to taste
Serve and enjoy!
