How To Make The Perfect Omelet
I love to eat omelets a lot, but I don't have the time in the weekday to always to make them because I have to work. But when I am able to make a omelet it is usually very easy to make. I enjoy adding mind own ingredients to my omelet. I first get a bowl, a whip nonstick pan and the eggs. I use this recipe for my own omelet:
4 eggs
a half cup of whole milk
cheese (any kind that you like) I use eat cheddar cheese or sharp cheese
salt and pepper (to your taste)
I usually add onions, mushrooms, ham or other things to my omelet: (if I don't want a plain omelet)
I crack my eggs into my bowl, then add my salt and pepper, then I add my milk to the mixture, then using the wiring whip mix it. Then, when you think you mixture is beaten, then add your cheese and your other ingredients into the bowl. Then turn on your pan on the stove, then a add a little grease to the pan even those it is a no stick pan, you omelet could stick. After, your pan is hot, pour your mixture into the pan and wait for the egg to start bubbling before flipping it over. When you omelet is done on the side where you flipped it over, it is ready to take out and eaten. If I don't have a omelet at home I usually eat omelet out in restaurants. I don't like to eat a lot of eggs, because they say they aren't good for you. But I enjoy eating a omelet when I get a chance.
