For the past four months or so I have been using Tesco Kids 2in1 shampoo on the kids hair. Before I discovered the Tesco 2in1 shampoo I was regularly purchasing either the Avon shampoo and conditioner for kids or the L'Oreal one for them. The Tesco 2in1 shampoo is a lot cheaper than most of the other kids shampoos in the supermarkets and only costs 39p for a 250ml bottle which is great value for money considering most of the other shampoos cost between 99p-1.99 a bottle. Even although this 2in1 shampoo is a cheap supermarket brand I personally thing it is just as good as the higher priced sampoos which are designed for childrens hair types.
As you can see from the picture at the top of this review the bottle of shampoo is supplied in a red plastic squeezable bottle which is a rather chunky shape and design and resembles a tear drop shape. On the top of the bottle there is alos a red plastic flip style lid which you just flip upwards to open the shampoo and flip downwards to close it and prevent it from leaking everywhere. I think that the bottle somewhat resembles the L'Oreal Kids shampoo packaging because it has a similar shape and design to it. On the front of the Tesco 2in1 shampoo bottle there is a small picture of a yellow duck printed onto the lable which gives the bottle a fun looking design which I think makes it appeal to younger kids.
There is only one thing which I dislike about the bottle and that it the fact that it isn't see through. When I am purchasing beauty products I tend to purchase ones which have see through bottles because I can easily see how much of the product I am using and how much is remaining inside the bottle. As I've said in lots of other reviews I have written I am usually quite disappointed with some shampoos and body lotions etc which I have bought because some of them are too thin and runny in consistency, but I actually like the consistency of this one because it isn't too think or too thin. It has a nice medium consistency. The shampoo inside the bottle resembles a clear gel like liquid which has a very light subtle shade of pink through it. The medium consistency of the shampoo means that it is easily applied to the kids hair and it washes off easily. If it had been a lot thicker in cinsistency then I think that it would have took longer to wash off their hair.
When I was using the shampoo on the kids hair I found that a small blob the size of a twenty pence piece was a sufficient amount to use on the kids hair on order to
