Remeberance
I remember a time when the world was a-glow,
When things were right and the people kind.
How I long to be there again,
In the arms of my beloved.
He with the spade black hair and green cat eyes,
Was the light of my life.
Now, all i have are mere memories,
For this war ravished world
Has stolen my love away.
This satanic land full of demons
Took him from me
And holds him captive still,
In his wooden room, encased in soil
And I held captive in Hell.

Poetry: Reflecting on your life
If a room is 12X12, it is measured in feet
Yards, meters, and miles measure the street
Milk comes in gallons-this nobody questions

DEAR HEART
Did you know?
You are my muse
The flimflam sputter
Of inspiration
The thump, thump drum
Of it all
What is it?
That you
Spring
I hunger for the grace to be reborn,
to take my hurts and failures
and mulch them into new beginnings ;
to turn them

I can't stand these feelings
Of always competing
Always pushing for first place
And ending up last.
I don't know why its so

More of Jesus.. and less of me..
Reflecting in my life..,
When some one slap me,
I would ready to get once more.
