Never will the pain stop,
I know he hurt you,
Your tears falling like the raindrops
It always hurts you in the same spot.
Your heart aches,
I can see it in your face,
But you want to hide it,
You're lying to me but you really can't deny it.
He's disrespecting you
Not loving you but wants to touch you.
The pain is rushing you
You scream out to the Lord above you.
He's hearing you but still, your prayers you swear He never heard it
And deep down inside you feel that you deserve it
Life isn't perfect,
But you always thought your man was,
And even though he says it
He doesn't do what a man does.
I'm here for you
Stop crying I'll wipe those tears for you
I'm no angel but I hope these wings appear for you.
I know it hurts in the same spot,
I want to make the pain stop,
I will try to make your skies brighter
After I stop the raindrops...
