John Krasinki was born in 1979 in Massachusetts. John Krasinski had two brothers growing up. His mother, Mary was a nurse and his father, Donald was an internist. John Krasinki's first stage experience in a high school play written by B.J. Novak. John Krasinski is best known for his character on the TV show "The Office". He plays Jim Halpert who is a silly paper salesman.

He first becomes an intern on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien". When the internship was over, Krasinski wanted to be an actor. He did guest appearances on "C.S.I", "Law and Order: Criminal Intent", and "Without a Trace".

2002:

Krasinski graduated as an honors playwright from Brown University in 2002.

2004:

John played a small part in Queen Latifah's movie, "Taxi".

2005:

John appeared in the independent film, "Duane Hopwood" with David Schwimmer. It premired at the Sundance Film Festival in 2005. John Krasinski played a part in "Jarheads" about the soldiers in the Gulf War.

2006:

In 2006, Krasinski is named one of "People" magazine's sexiest men alive. In 2006, Krasinski also plays in "Leatherheads" with George Clooney. John had his first directorial debut with "Brief Interviews with Hideous Men". John appeared in "Dream Girls" with Jamie Foxx.

2007:

In 2007, John Krasinski plays in "License to Wed" with Mandy Moore and Robin Williams. He plays the fiance of Mandy Moore's character who is going through pre-marital counseling by Robin Williams, who plays a priest. John plays the voice of Sir Lancelot on "Shrek the Third" this year.

In addition to the above listed roles for John, John did a number of other small parts in movies, such as "Holiday".

Currently John Krasinski is working on some projects. He is still on hit show, "The Office". John Krasinski is said to have boyish good looks and a very animated face. John Krasinski appears to be down to earth. He said in "Glamour" magazine that he wanted to date a normal girl like the character that is his crush on "The Office". I am sure that we'll be seeing more of John Krasinkski and his progress in Hollywood. He is currently working on the movie "Farlanders".
