Poetry: False hope

What we had was real
It made perfect since
Something they could all steal
It was all I could stand against
Then it all became fake
The part of me you couldn't take
You say you care but do you mean it?
Should I move on or believe this?
You're the only one who could ever make or break me
So you find the words to make me see
That you're never going to leave
