"What was that,
Staph did you say?"
"This place is riddled
we can't keep it at bay!"
It was called an infection
or a bacteria gone wrong
we were informed after,
that it keeps going strong.
They're in for an operation
to put things right,
becoming infected
and again having to fight!
They come in for one thing
only to suffer from this
becoming a child's nightmare
and the parent's abyss.
Resistances low is the normal fate
so the bug settles in
in the bone is it's trait.
Most cancer survivors of this are prone
kicking the big one,
then left with Staph in the bone
Imagine the roller coaster your family rides
to finally beat it, then another killer hides.
Imagine now
your child recovering in bed,
in a room with a child
with Staph and near dead!
