Entertainment is any activity that captures the attention of an adult or child. There are many different frorms of entertainment. Television is probably the most popular form of entertainment. Children watch television for hours at a time. It is the first thing they do when they come home from school. Many adults like to watch television after they get off of work. they like to unwind by watching their favorite programs.

Televisions can be a source of education for adults and children. The public access channels provide valuable information. The local news channels provide information relevant to each individual city. There are many different types of programs on television. Their is a genre for everyone. There are dramas,action,comedy and reality programs. Reality programs are probably the most popular at this time. Some people even use televisions as a babysitter. Television programs seem to keep kids distracted and intrigued.

Video games are another source of entertainment. They can capture the minds and imagination of many children and adults. The games are very creative and challenging. They range from animation to war games. They also range in prices and are available for people with varying budgets. Video games can be enjoyed for hours by all ages.

Music can also be a source of entertainment. It doesnt matter if you are at home or out on the town, you can enjoy music. You can sit down and listen to music or you can dance to it. You can dance alone or with someone. Music can also be enjoyed while driving around in a car or truck.

Sports are a great source of entertainment. They can be enjoyed on television or in person. They are many different kinds of sports. There are team sports and individual sports. Men and women both participate in amateur and proffessional sports. I personally enjoy the athleticism of the participants in these events. There talent level is tremendous. Proffessional sports is a billion dollar industry. You can't put a price on fun, but you can overcharge for the tickets.

Dvds also provide entertainment for many people. They can be rented or bought at department stores and movie rental stores. They make life more interesting because they are so entertaining. They come in many different movie genres. Some of them are horror,drama,reality and action. Dvd rentals can be very affordable. They are usually more inexpensive than going to the movies.
